I was fortunate to guid my clients throughout the transaction. We were patient enough for about a year. Took time to study the market but more importantly, to define what they really wanted and needed. After visiting multiple properties, we were confronted with a choice of 3 properties. I advised to focus on what they needed and where they will feel most comfortable. After all, we can modify a house but not move a house ( even though this can be possible lool)
