Met my clients years ago, I have helped her purchase and sell properties in the DMV. this house was used as an airbnb then she decided to rent if fully. We were able to have it rented a little over a month. Despite the fact that the tenant couldn’t fully communicate in English, I used “translate” to help communicate with them.
