The buyer was referred from a previous client ai worked with. We started looking a little before covid-19 restrictions. Once the restrictions were installed, we decided to continue looking and be a little aggressive. I advised that it will be best to find out a house prior to the restrictions being lifted in order to minimize competitions. We started looking in March and found the ideal home in May.
